Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to your information when you use this website or contact me. I am Sheelagh Chetwode, a sole practitioner trading as Sheelagh Chetwode Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am the data controller, and I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

What this website collects

This website has no forms and does not ask you for any personal information. If you phone or email me, I receive only what you choose to tell me.

How I use and keep enquiries

I use your details only to reply to you and to arrange a first call. I do not add you to a mailing list and I do not share your details with anyone else.

Enquiries are kept in my email account, which only I can access. I do not keep enquiry emails for longer than I need them. If you do not go on to become a client, I delete your enquiry.

The lawful basis for this is legitimate interests: replying to a message you have chosen to send me.

If you become a client

If we begin working together, I will give you a separate agreement that explains what records I keep, why, and for how long.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies and has no advertising or social media trackers.

It uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits to each page. This does not use cookies and does not identify you or follow you to other websites. The website is hosted by Vercel.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. You can also object to how I am using it.

To do any of these, email sheelaghchetwodepsychotherapy@gmail.com or phone 07595 548 652. I will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Start with a short call

The first step is a free 15-minute phone call. You can ask anything you like and decide afterwards. There is no obligation to book.
